Hence why we would probably go 4 door. Even though our inner child WANTS the 2 door, the outer kid will probably make us pick the 4 door.
Also, why wouldn't a large sedan not be good for kids? Because it's not an SUV? Lol

I didn't say the S was BAD for kids, but rather that it wasn't great (ie the best). The main reason I say that is because the main benefits of the S (materials quality, luxury, features in the rear) are all things that get destroyed and/or covered in a patina of kid detritus.
Hopefully a 2016 F150. If things don't go as well, maybe a 2010 gmc 2500?

But look how dope you'd look at daycare pulling up in an S-class vs. an Odyssey. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Wouldn't mind taking a look at a slightly used clean 2017+ C63 Coupe in the future. Keep my Golf R as a low 12sec car daily/winter beast. I love the 4.0TT in the C63. The sound and styling is awesome.
You just need to be a neat freak Nazi and turn your kids into such. All my kids automatically take their shoes off, no food in the car, and respect my communist rules in my cars, while they are free to do whatever they want in mom's car (which is a disaster in the back). I had a white interior in my CLS, the seats where the kids sit was actually in better shape than the drivers seat because I wore jeans a lot haha. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Something AWD with 250+ hp. ideally a wagon. Aiming for September next year.
A Toyota Corolla.
Please, take my balls.
Just got my wife a 2011 LX 570 and it's the tits. Drove it 700km home from Little Rock and it was like driving a couch. My next ride will be a HD truck. I'll get one down here before moving back to Canada. Just drove a F250 King Ranch and it was pretty nice.
I got the impression from his post that the S63 would be the main family-mobile.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
An S63 as "dad's car", where it's usually only used to transport kids on an irregular basis, then that would be fine. I mostly keep my car free of kid shit, and general carnage by having rules against it. (Door dings in the garage are another matter).

Well it's going to be the S-Class and the F450 soooooo I would rather take the S-Class then taking the beast around.
Also we may buy a beater here soon if I have to drive out of town for work.
The S550 is perfect for road trips right now - the currrent kids love it!

You laugh, but he's a genius. Lots of room in the back, especially if you're short like meThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Thanks! I am just sorting out the details. I really wanted to pull the trigger on a 17' they had on the lot, but they wouldn't move too much on pricing so I figured that I would be better off ordering one in time for next summer. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Spent a lot of time flopping between F-Type SVR, Turbo S, AMG GTS/R and V10 Plus but I am confident in my choice now!
Congratulations are in order! This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I had it down to the Gen2 R8, and the GTS. (SVR and 911 were never on my list).
In the end, I cheaped out and got the GTS. But now that I know how much I like having a dedicated sports car, I might swap into an R8 sooner than expected.
