I talk to ekanoo all the time and that's old news . His car was the fastest 2 years ago but not anymore , I have taken the records and he has even posted in my page congratulating me .

They are at about 152mph . It's their low end instant trq that gets them out of the hole but then they die down with a 60-130 in the mid to high 4s .

In comparison my car with the right track prep is mid 8s and I'm traping over 164mph.

I don't follow . The plaid is a 9.2 car and 60-130 in higher 4s . It will never be much faster than that ever . Maybe someone figures out how to modify the electric motors or something but otherwise there are no mods you can do to make them faster .

Will never hit a 3 second 60-130 or 100-150 and will never be an 8 second car

As technology advances, it generally brings the high-end into the mass market. This isn't just in cars, it's in everything: computer speed, screen resolution, internet bandwidth, air travel, you name it. Remember when people used to talk about how many mhz their CPU had? Nowadays, processing power is abundant to the point of "who cares"?

In cars, that has made it so speed is cheap and common. So speed is pretty uninteresting nowadays and that has happened quite recently. I realize there are the niche hobbyists that really want to push the 100-150 or half mile or whatever, and that's cool.

I mean, when I can order a poorly built family sedan off the internet for $169k, and it is a few tenths off the fastest modified McLaren in the world in the quarter mile, then yeah...the Speed Matters era is over.
