Yes he's a physician and has his own quite successful practice (does well over a mil a yr), owns the plaza in which his practice is and bought it for 12M not too long ago. In addition to him, his father and wife are also physicians so you can time the income by 3 and then he's quite a savvy investor and has his hands in a bunch of real estate/other investments as well. They also live in a 6M+ house in Bearspaw. Haha. Ultimately, I would say the main source of his income (at least initially) is/was medicine so the license plate is fine based on that.

I was going to comment that I saw this driving through Bearspaw on the way back from a Porsche cruise about a month ago.
Looks like I need to convince my fiance to start her own practice, BRB.....

That is the ultimate must have car for me. It won’t happen though. I remember one sitting in advantage ford back in 06. $150k and nobody wanted it. And I couldn’t afford it (still can’t with todays values)

Yup i remember that as well. Crazy to think theyre pushing 350-500k these days. Talk about investment
