I doubt your bikes are going to exceed the load rating. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

yep. Except Amazon delivers to your house so you don't have to hang out with Trucker convoy people. I went PA on Saturday and the parking lot was full of trucks with Canadian flags.

The hitch has a 300lb or 350lb tw limit, so 150lbs after using that thing. I’m installing a 6 bike rack so ya it’ll easily go over 150. Minivan hitches are weak sauce. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Unless I’m not understanding this shit properly. I’m told I can realistically get away with 2 bikes using that thing.

FYI, we had 4 offers after open house all above ask, sold in 4 days. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
$68750 above list.
That pays for the car wash on the way home I guess.

Do you think the open house helped? Not trying to be a dick in anyway just curious with this craziness if those are even necessary. If you got 4 offers above ask and sold for that much more it mustve been a hawt place already. The open house would be awesome to meet new clients though id thinkThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Even if the open house wasn't necessary, his client requested it, and he likes to make his clients happy, so no biggie.

Yes it helped, not only did the buyers agent come to the open house, I did the video walk through with him and his client,This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
a lot of these agents are not very knowledgeable with specifics and I was able to clarify a lot of things that weren’t obvious to them.
I also had 3 other offers from people that came to the open house and picked up two new clients.
All in all, extremely positive.
Sorry for derailing.
Parkade pic to get things back on track.
Wagon Wednesday since I missed last week. Kinda looks like a mini van. Haha
I like this project. At the same time I'm blown away with what can be done with an old Pontiac engine. Did you follow Richard Guido's roadtrip over the past couple of weeks? Check his instagram:This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

He drove his stick shift, turbocharged Pontiac powered '67 GTO from Red Deer, to Florida and back, ~12,000km, for Sick Week drive and drag event and won his class with an average time of ~8.97@160mph.
I'm absolutely blown away by what he was capable of doing with an old relic. The only issues on the entire trip were a broken control arm mount and they had to replace a couple of tires on the trailer.
I like neat cars.
Progress is progress. As long as it's moving along it'll get done. What gets me is guys that take the car all apart to bits and then don't touch it ever and then end up selling it after it's been on jackstands for 8 years lolThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
@90_Shelby - that's super impressive and an awesome trip. I'm going creep through IG.
@Sentry - You're right, progress is progress. Have to make more time for it though. I've also learned I dislike working in an attached garage. Really would prefer a well equipped shop, like I want but realistically don't need
