Kit Kat of a different type

So a Japanese adult figure skater friend of my wife gave her this, I think it's a green tea Kit Kat but not sure about that either. Sure doesn't taste like a Canadian Kit KAt...

There are actually 2 versions. If it's bitter, it's purely for Japanese. If only a bit bitter, it's for foreigners.

Japanese love their Macha base dessert.

Can't comment on the bitterness as I didn't really notice any, just that it tasted odd.

Those Kit Kats are friggin awesome! I pick them at candy stores in town.

I've also got some sake flavored Kit Kat too it's a limited edition version

A friend went to Japan and brought me this, found it much better than regular matcha; no bitterness noticed and the aroma was so good.

Also has anyone tried this? They sold it at T&T a while back; it was like $8 for 30 pieces of the snack size

My sister collects Kit Kats from around the world. I think the oddest one we've had is the baked Kit Kat. I'm not sure if I ever got it right cause it was always so soggy.
