Realistically though, Pfizer is still on track to hit its 4mm doses for Q1 it always said it'd give and announced they'll deliver more in Q2 than originally planned (now 10.8mm doses in Q2) so they look like they are doing well. Moderna is sluggish and probably won't hit their Q1 targets but hopefully they'll get production sorted out.
Official numbers are 84 million doses of Pfizer + Moderna by end of Sept, given that Canada only has ~27mm adults of eligible age and able to get the shot (excludes immunocompromised and allergic people) we're still on track to finish in late summer / fall. Any AZ or J+J shots that get approved will only move things forward.
Assuming no further fuck ups, which I am hesitant to believe. Now if the states wrap their population up early and start exporting vaccines......
