    Oh no! Glad you're ok.
You said you smoke darts, right? I've got to think that smokers are getting this WAY more often because of so much mouth touching right after door handles and just mouth touching in general. Shitty because I imagine they will struggle with it a little more, as well.

That, and because High River completely exploded with cases.

I started bleeding like a mofo out the nose right away after that test.
It felt like they were taking a sample from my brain when they did mine..

I've heard from medical staff doing the swabbing it's now a throat swab. Sounded brutal before!

The guys who did the research proving the throat swab is as good as the nasal swab are heroes.

Its been a throat swab in Alberta for quite some time (if not the whole time). Other regions do nasal swabs though

Why do the NP swab in the first place? Alberta running low? Is NP more accurate/less labor intensive to test?

Edit: Nevermind - global shortage I guess.

I have a theory on why smokers are less likely to die. They know how to cough properly (lightly, without damaging the lungs)

When you first start smoking, you hack up a lung. In a few weeks or so, you figure out how to do the "smokers wheeze". The basically train their bodies to know how to breathe by wheezing.

I don't think asthma is a huge contributor to severity since the diseases function so differently.
That's good news for my family, as we have some asthmatics.

I believe the data show that covid hospitalizations of asthmatics are the same percentage as the overall population.

Excellent. One less thing for me to have anxiety over!

That Boris made it is a sigh of relief. Could have tipped off an international incident.

Soon we'll have the vaccine and we'll have @AndyL inside us.

No clue where I got it. Not like I'm out and about and a social butterfly - even before covid I can count on one hand (with missing digit) the places I visit.

No o2 #'s, healthlink kept saying give it a few more days, don't go to the hospital. And I was only too happy to oblige
If I recall correctly, you were also running a Daddy daycare for a bunch of kids as well weren't you?

There's 2 I have regularly, but based on a 10-14 day incubation - and none of those families have been sick... I would have been exposed before that.

So google removed USA results for Chinas alleged "Patient Zero". The supposed US military officer in Wuhan doing the marathon race.

Again although I think it was natural cause: How would a military scrub know for sure that they were not the initial cause? Realistically, generals always get the lackeys to do the dangerous job for them - whether the lackey is aware of it or not.

History, especially Russian history has long hidden deadly weapons in shoes. Eye of Sauron says, exploding shoe - not impossible.
