My guess is we roll back to the original phase 2. Gyms/fitness closed, restaurants takeout only, offices suggested to WFH where possible, personal services closed, social gatherings cut down to 5 people, weddings/funerals/worships reduced in size.

Social gatherings of 5-6 but my kids can mingle at school with 30 kids in the class? I get the economic impact of closing schools but that is a highly mixed message. No wonder people don't listen to the government when they make the recommendations.

Just like before, none of this will 'help' the spread and the cases will continue to rise (after they fall again).

If school locks down, you can apply for CRCB for 1 week.

If you are laid off, you can apply for EI for I guess for standard length.

If you are sick, you can apply for CRSB for 2 weeks.

If you hit all 3, that's potentially $1500/week ---- at least for the 1st week!

The criteria for CRCB are pretty rigorous it looks like, need to be unable to work at least 50% of your scheduled week and you don't get it if you're receiving any other benefits. You can't double dip on anything.

no, its not going to happen in the 'claimed' release in its totality - what will definitely happen (as predicted) is a secondary wave and new/stronger measures, as we are seeing now.
