So if making the human for me was my gift, and she got a push present, then... isn't the present 100% hers and therefore baby is mine, so GTFO?

Rule #1
Never point at something outside of the car for your kid.

Had my baby boy 3 weeks ago and it's just been mayhem at home. The 2.5 year old who I thought was really easy, is so much harder with a newborn around. Getting her to help with the baby seems to be the way. She might be a little advanced for her age as she talks and understands lots so we get her to get us things in other rooms and for the baby and such.
She can even get me a beer from the wine fridge, the wife absolutely loves that, let me tell you.

I think we are good with 1. I liked when the wife herself said, 'one and done'. lol.
Rest I guess, time will tell.
Just brought the baby home a week ago. Her day and night sleep pattern are flipped. How long does it usually take to flip/correct it?

I am doomed.
Some kids self correct the sleep patterns. Some don't.

Yes. That makes sleep training a nightmare. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
If a flipped sleep pattern kid is sleep trained, it can work. But it’s hell getting there for a few nights
"The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents... some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new Dark Age."
