Chris Harris and Matt Farah have to be two of the best.
Matt Farah's podast is great (The smoking tire). His personality is a little over the top sometimes, but he has great guests and good discussions.

I can only handle so much Farah, but he is leaps and bounds ahead of the other vloggers. The only dork that i put up with is Doug Demuro because his shtick is unique enough to make it worthwhile.

Is it just me or is this BS a little less ludicrous than what past black series' have been? I guess im comparing to the SLS BS which was just so far beyond the standard SLS while this doesn't seem like quite the same step from the GT R
Its over the top but id be all over it if i could afford it. Ive always been a huge fan of over the top haha

I don't consider demuro or Farah to be vloggers.
I think of vloggers as guys who try to be aspirational as much as "reviewers". They wander around with cameras on selfie sticks pointed backwards at themselves.
Dde, stradman, vehicle virgins, shmee. All totally cringe worthy. I guess maybe cool if you're 13.
The two channels that I end up watching the most and that keep cropping up in my suggestions are Doug Demuro and the straight pipes. The latter are two Canadian younger guys - high quality production.
oh ya, the straight pipes is great.
Because of The Straight Pipes I started doing the 'visor test' when I sit in any vehicle.
Is one of these the fat, sweaty white guy with a shitty beard on whatever a Donut Media is? I got click baited into those multiple times and while they have some great videos, he's no bueno.
Blocked.
BOT,
There’s no way this car will rev to 10k. The MB “product expert” was probably thinking of the One.
Regardless, we ‘might’ see 7500-8000 if they incorporate titanium rods, valvetrain work, VGV turbos, and a slew of other improvements. Or like the boring boring engine in most cars, they turn up boost with exhaust and Intake mods.
Ferrari made some NA type improvements on the Pista, and MB is capable of making a screaming engine (SLS BS), but I’m not seeing it here.
@Buster and @shakalaka , you’re guys are too trusting of other people. I wouldn’t believe 10k rpm for a microsecond.
"The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents... some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new Dark Age."
-H.P. Lovecraft
The 4L V8 is basically 2 of the 45 engines, which makes 380hp with a 6500 rev limit. Unless the AMG GT BS is aiming for 1000hp, there is no way it’ll be revving to 10k haha. Would be completely pointless. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
The One redlines at 11k so you’re probably right.

Nice flat spot on the back for a "N" magnet, which will be the target demographic.

I say stupid shit all the time.
The sound of their bi-curious-turbo even in the GT-S made me want at unhealthy levels.

Not that it's relevant to the target market for this car, but owning this car off warranty could be disastrous haha. Don't flat plane V8s vibrate themselves apart?

Apparently $35K off MSRP on 2020s is where negotiation starts.

That's the story every year around fall. IIRC I saw them clearing out GTC's last fall at 45k off before even talking to anyone. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Interesting, but the MSRPs they are quoting seem ludicrous. $175k for a C??? LoL.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I've seen the paperwork on an S and I think it was maybe $135. Maybe they are pricing like Canadian Tire.
