There's a lot of wtf in the actual document if you get into it. Like military aid to Ukraine at 320M a year to 2029.
Yea, I've tried reading through the budget before but it's so fucking opaque and reads more like fluffy rainbow and unicorn MD&A than any real world transparent information about where tax money actually goes.

Our government is so fucking corrupt it’s disturbing, and yet we continue to allow it.

    Our Country is so fucked.

My unicorn dream is Alberta separates. I know it’s a pipe dream, but fuck.

Not being talked about much out this way, but I understand that the Alberta government is hoping to see another Quebec referendum.

Also concerning is the top line where we randomly pull 93 million out of our national defence in 2027?
Yeah because the money is going to Ukraine instead.

Love this tidbit on pp. 395:

As a result of the government’s responsible fiscal management, Canada continues to have an enviable fiscal and debt position relative to international peers. Canada is projected to have the lowest net debt-to-GDP ratio and is expected to have some of the strongest fiscal outcomes of G7 countries over the next five years. Rating agencies cite Canada's effective, stable, and predictable policymaking and political institutions, economic resilience and diversity, well-regulated financial markets, and its monetary and fiscal flexibility as drivers of Canada’s world-leading credit ratings: Moody’s (Aaa), S&P (AAA), DBRS (AAA), and Fitch (AA+).
    Compared to Venezuela, for sure.

Even Quebec separatists want to separate from themselves. There has been a strong movement to break up the province into two.

I honestly can't wait for this country to completely implode into nothing. It's a fucking sewer.

It was the 'Non' camp that wanted to break the province into two.

But the 'Oui' camp was very adamant that you couldn't have parts of the province separating from itself. Certainly not Montreal and the Outaouais. That would be ridiculous.

I agree. If the Separatists get a majority win provincially, they want to slice off the piece of land housing the evil anglophones (and likely immigrants), then have another referendum to leave Canada. I'd support that with a bumper sticker.

How can anyone take such a document seriously? What kind of piece of shit auditors can morally sign off on that garbage?

    Dunno about communism.

That would imply Canadians would have to work which certainly won’t fly.

    Kleptocracy is the correct term.

The housing crisis is a really big problem country-wide. Spending like a Liberal gets you the Liberal votes - it's as simple as that. Nevermind the *gasp* idea of slowing immigration, no that doesn't make sense. We'll just tax the people more that already contribute more than the rest.

There's a reason why you have so many idiots shouting "fuck corporations" while also wanting everything cheap and getting money for nothing - because they're not involved in any corporation to any capacity other than a minimum wage job expecting a 25% tip for pouring a coffee, and truly have no fucking concept of how the world actually functions (or doesn't function).

Two Quebec provinces actually makes a lot of sense.

More than say, breaking the nwt into two.
