That is such a nice house house, but every small design choice is one I wouldn't make. Thank god I don't have any money.

I don’t mind it at all actually. I assume the design choices will age about as well as an avocado, but if you have 4mm for a house, you can hopefully afford to redecorate the whole thing every few years.
There is a triple attached and a triple detached. Photos aren’t great. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Relying on sifton as your only route anywhere is an interesting situation. Not sure I would like that. The neighborhood is boxed in enough as it is.
Overall I like the house just wish it was somewhere else in EP.

I don’t really understand that water feature. Is it just a water feature or is it a pool?

That is a really nice house. Are those built in drawer units quite expensive to do as it seems like a great idea vs having stand alone dressers for clothes.
It's "an oversized pool with swim up bar" lol. Gotta love realtor-speak.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Pretty sure this home was built by Mairen Homes. So you can assume finishes are all lipstick and rouge. Mairen builds stuff that looks nice from 10' but having watched a few of their homes go up corners are cut where you can't see it and execution of design features is 6/10 (liberal use of stucco and cheap windows that have no business being on home at even half the value). Further the quality of the work delivered by sub trades is what you would expect in an Aspen $1mm starter pleasantville dump, not a $4.5mm home.
On the other hand this is about as good as you can get from an execution and quality of work standpoint, home will age timelessly. I like the architecture and interior design but may not appeal to all:

Could be here, or the garage overload thread I guess... but the house that looks like an actual country club that sits just above lower springbank rd is up for sale. Doesn't suit my taste (or more importantly my budget, by a wide margin), but it's cool to see inside somewhere that I've driven past pretty regularly for a number of years.

I like that place overall

Meh, not everyone's rich like all you snooty fuckers so someone needs to fill that gap lol
'Budget' in builds or reno's means cost cutting in materials and workmanship to maximize profits. Buyer beware.
Realtor out of his jurisdiction. I hope he's not reppin' that jacked up rig at a local country club.

I'm looking to sell an investment property. It's not in the best part of the city (Marlborough) but it is on a nicer street. Off the main drags, park at one end, school at the other.
Any recommendations on a realtor?
