Personally I think you guys are being super sexist with regards to Brad.

I hesitate on the realtor angle only, and I mean ONLY, because I have respect for Jordan. Of all of the realtors that I have encountered in my life (which is way too many), Jordan is the only one I would work with, full stop.

Bowness is an...interesting...community. A lot (and I mean that) consider themselves Bownessians first, then Calgarians.

Most of the baller houses are backing onto the Bow River. It's very picturesque, the yards are massive and it's very peaceful there so I get the appeal in that regard.

Like all the other flooded communities in Calgary, if you have money the floodplain is inconsequential.
