parkland and Lake bonavista are wild prices man haha (some willow park stuff too)

This was also interesting to me, since it looks like a really nice reno, but it's also one of the worst of the "premium" lots on the lake. Tiny waterfront, facing the public beach/dock and the common use pathway on the side.

That actually seems like a relatively good price, despite being very outdated. Friends live down the street from there and paid $700g for something very similar, 7 years ago.
