If the west side is the best, than look no further than woodbine, as it will never be supplanted by a new west

Further than woodbine? It’s basically Okatoks already.

If the ring road is right beside you, you are officially far out.

Does it matter if you're far out if it's <10 minutes to downtown?

Airdrie is outside the ring road and it's only 12 min to downtown. Same with Chestermere and Cochrane.

Far out is fine. Don't work downtown. Solved.

Everything that downtown/inner offers you can access easily with Uber for when you need it. Otherwise...why?

Assuming you're already outside of Airdrie and you're just crossing the river to downtown via Flyover, it's still 17 min. And that's not during rush hour.

Door to door you're easily half hr in the best of road conditions.

    Besides, Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere...pee-ew!

Let’s draw mire analogies between Aspen and Falconridge please.
The only difference between those communities is whether the Range Rovers have a salvage title or not.

Most parents are worse than dog owners.
In this case, you can blame both the breed and the owner!

You must not be a ®ealtor ... time to downtown never includes speed limits and traffic as factors.

I've never wanted multiple homes. Sounds like a pain in the ass.
