When we first moved to Calgary in 2013 my wife was working in Quarry Park and we seriously considered buying in there. For the length of time her office was down there I still think it would have been a good investment because places were slightly too expensive when we were looking and they were WAY to expensive when her office moved.

I did a brief stint at Imperial and it would have been sick to live down there. Walk to work, get groceries, and go to the gym, then semi central to the south for anything else.

I really don't understand the whole quarry park area. Who is going to pay 615k for a 2 bed condo <1000 sqft that starts with a $500 a month condo fee which will presumably double in 5 years.
