Two weeks ago today in Vegas I started showing symptoms of a Covid/Flu. Still not completely recovered. First time getting it. Vaccine worked for a few years I guess.

I've said it before in here. The vaccines started for the masses about 40 months ago and we were all told to get 2 and then 3 in pretty short order. If we all kept that place up and did whatever Dr. Missing-Link-Tam suggested, I'm fairly sure we'd be at around 9 by now.
We got 2 within <6 months and most got a third within 12 months. It's been 40 months and the other 94% of us without 7+ vaccines are contributing to the downfall of society and should lose our jobs and be prevented from obtaining gainful employment.

Covid is weird now.

I only keep it front of mind because I have family and friend immunocompromised.

Also, can’t get any more test kits - so that aspect will handle the public side of it.

Unverified (who the fuck would bother testing at this point) but Dr. assumes I had it a month ago. It was a sick/fatigued/coughing/sore throat week, but for me I tacked on 3 weeks on pneumonia after (still recovering from that) which is kind of crazy so I did miss a month of summer basically. Just worked, then laid in bed for the rest of my life. 2 of 5 other family members got similar but less sever symptoms, rest got nothing. No coworkers got sick. Grandparents were around several days, didn't get sick. So how contagious really is it?

Oh well, life goes on. And if it doesn't, oh well. Some people just still need something to be scared about.
