Gupta said it isn’t horse dewormer on Rogan
24 hours later on cnn, it is a drug commonly used as horse dewormer lol
So is it a horse drug or not lol or different kinds of ivermectin, some for horses, some for humans.
Dr. Drew said it has been prescribed to millions and millions of ppl (not for covid but refugees)

Ivermectin is the name of the drug. It can be prescribed for humans. Horse dewormer uses it. The difference between horse dewormer and human consumption is the dosage before lethal. Tests of Ivermectin has shown it can kill off Covid, but the dosage required will be lethal for humans. The trials right now are low dosage trials to see if it makes any difference.

Hope that clears it up haha.

My reaction when people are still talking about ivermectin or the "ineffectiveness" of masks.

They're still stopping people from getting their spit on you. Which is the point of them. Not to keep germs from getting in.

Doesn't matter how filthy their pants are. As long as they aren't ripped, I'm not getting pissed on.

It’s safe to say we are still figuring this out.
Glad I didn’t get these ones.

Ivermectin is just the new quackery following hydroxychloroquine.

In March 2020, a French scientist published a now-discredited study purporting to show that hydroxychloroquine taken with the antibiotic azithromycin reduced mortality. Later, an Australian study found that the anti-parasite drug ivermectin reduced the viral load of the coronavirus in cells in a dish, even though the concentrations used in the lab were not viable in a human body.
Bleach also works wonders on Covid so clearly people should drink some bleach or inject it... Oh wait that's been tried. Natural selection at work.

    I like this stat

Only .7% of fully vaccinated Albertans have been diagnosed with COVID-19
Was always curious on the % for breakthrough cases

Funny you say that, at the start of all this when we were rationing masks at the City and telling people to re-use them, we actually had a bunch of staff go down sick with what was effectively mold exposure. They were taking off their masks and storing them in a ziploc bag until the next use... Unfort they were wet from breathing into them and the perfect little environment to spread other kinds of bacteria, lol.

You know, surprisingly, 2 years into this, I have been lucky enough to have only fielded a grand total of 10-15 totally "out there" questions about vaccination/mask ineffectiveness/alternative remedies/mask-emptions/vaccine exemptions. To date, 0 about Ivermectin. I am very lucky I guess. I have a great panel of patients who are for the most part pro-vaccine, and have been very reasonable throughout the pandemic in terms of their expectations for care.

My current stance on Ivermectin is reflected here:

Doesn't necessarily mean Ivermectin is ineffective treatment. It just means that it does not actively kill the virus that well. Some of the most effective treatments for any diesease are treatments that paralyze the invader. Ivermectin does not kill worms, it paralyzes them so that they cannot reproduce or cling to the intestines.

If this same effect happens with Covid, cannot reproduce or cling to cells within the body: It is in many ways far superior to a medication that "kills" the virus, as the dangers of side effect of anything that kills - is questionable.

Anything that "kills" anything else in the human body, usually does not pass any sort of clinical trial for human use.

So goes the saying you don't want to use a gun to get rid of some ants. The people at CNN have gone full retard, or more likely got paid off by the vaccine makers.

Fat and drunk don't overwhelm hospitals.
Which is still a rather poor excuse for the two tier society some people want to create. Our current capacities are literally built and adapted over the past 100 years to not be overwhelmed by fat and drunk and exist mainly to service them. If anyone wants to argue that the healthcare capacities should be increased to meet the demand for life long covid, that's fair.

    We pay premiums?
40% of your tax bill is your current premium. You pay a lot less if you're poor.
