DavidSW has a 126603 listed for sale at the moment. I’ve never purchased from them personally, but hear them mentioned a lot on the watch forums I checkout every now and then.

    https://davidsw.com/product-category...x/sea-dweller/

I checked watchfinder out of Toronto, however they don’t have the specific sea dweller you are after. I see they have a 126600 with the red text which is pretty cool.

    https://www.watchfinder.ca/shop/watc...n=0&max=300000

Both of the above are grey dealers. Getting any of the professional models at retail is very difficult unless you have a pre-established relationship or find a dealer that is willing to put you on a list and then patiently waiting for the call which could be months or even years out, unfortunately.

Looks at sub date on wrist....

    ... ya that checks out.

Edit: might want to check out some of the releases from Tudor. They just released some S&G models I believe. Today was a new 39mm Pelagos as well:

Looks at GMT on wrist. Not gonna argue. Saving up for lift kit and white sunglasses.

Tudor has been bringing out bangers lately and easier to get than Rolex.

If you want retail, you can always regularly hang around Birks or J Vair until they get annoyed and sell you one

Have you tried used market? Chrono24, TWAT, or TheRealReal has pieces. Jomashop has some as well.

Tudor makes some great watches, but somehow I just can't help but draw the parallel with the guy that bought a Cayman because he couldn't afford a 911.

Might as well buy a moonswatch at that point.

I don't really see it that way. Anyone who looks at a Cayman is going to know it's a Porsche, whereas 'generally speaking', people don't know what Tudor is, so it flies under the radar.

I thought the Cayman was better than the 911 for anyone who wants a sports car, not just a symbol of wealth? Oh wait, maybe the comparison is good . . .

911s are definitely not a symbol of wealth. They are the symbol of a junior banker with his first bonus check.

They buy those before the first bonus check on credit. Or given them as a signing bonus.

My buddy has a contact in VAN, but it's one of those I can sell you the watch at retail, but you need to spend an extra $2k-$4k on jewelry at the AD....
That seem low... if you can buy at retail that's definitely worth it lol

You think Rolex is hard to get, try AP lol

These are not mutually exclusive. It's the banker starter-pack. Include adderall/coke, and expensive Scotch as well.

Interesting. I know this is common with Hermes. I didn't know Rolex is also doing this as well.
