Need help finding a vehicle for a friend, hoping the power of Beyond can help out.

Hey all!

So a friend of mine has had a string of bad luck where she has had her vehicle stolen twice now from her driveway in a period of 6 weeks. I don't know the particulars of how they were stolen, just that they were. She is a single mother of 2 kids here in Calgary, and is over her head in trying to find a new to her vehicle again. I am hoping with all the car enthusiasts on here, if someone come across a vehicle that suits what she is looking for, or is similar enough, we can jump on it quick.

What she is looking for:
~$20k
looking for vehicles like CRV, Pilot, Rav4 etc.
Obviously the newer the better, and lower KMs the better
I think she is open to other vehicles as well that are similar to what is listed above.

I just steered her away from an obvious curber trying to unload a salvaged Rav4. She doesn't really understand what to watch for which is why I am happy she reached out to me for help.

So please, if you come across something that you think might fit what she is looking for, for a good deal and in good condition, please, let me know!
