Thanks for the recap. Honestly I couldn’t watch it for more than 10 seconds, even though I was mildly interested this time around.

An excellent Tableau Dashboard to view how each party leader voted on different subjects. Well done and summarized!

Advanced polls are open. Going to get it out of the way this weekend, hoping for minimal lines.

Just cause you blindly vote pc and for any warm sack of shit they put on the ballot…. Some of us would like to make a as informed decision as possible .
Are you suggesting it's possible to make an informed decision after one of these "Leader" arguments? I call bullshit.

Nah he just likes to sit on an ivory tower and throw shade at other people having predictable voting patterns when he made up his mind on which party to vote for in 1998

But you are not even in Quebec.

Singh could be more of an impact than I once thought.
If he's leveraging Tik-Tok and working the young crowd compared to Trudeau and his outdated photo ops vs actual skateboarding videos etc like Singh.

Shows you just how fucking stupid Canadians are that vote for a leader because he’s popular on Tiktok. How many actually look into platform policies?

As a people, on average, Canadians are completely retarded. We've always known this.

It isn't just Canada, it's a common human failure. Marketing has known for decades that name recognition sells products, whether it's a detergent brand, or electoral candidate. Doesn't matter what media type the recognition comes from.

Buncha right-wing nutjobs. It'll be pretty ironic if the PPC vote is why the Liberals take control instead of the CPC.

    From their platform page:
Yeah it is pretty messed up that these guys don't stand a chance. Who would've thought the general population would be so scared of the truth. I kind of wish they would sugar coat it a bit at least. You don't have to flat out say that climate change isn't scientific reality. Just give people a small dose and tell them that ceasing carbon output entirely won't change the weather, so we aren't going to disenfranchise low income households by subsidizing green alternatives that increase the price of energy.

Hasn't the CPC already changed their stance on the firearm ban from outright repeal to just limiting the kinds that are banned?
I guess they didn't like the way it is polling in Ontario, so they are just dodging it now by saying they will have an internal review, and then abide by the results of the review.

I vote based on who got the best lawn signs. Right now Kyle Scott is winning because he promises a pipeline to Ottawa.

If you want to vote on issues like firearm bans, then it's going to cost you when it comes to fiscal/economic policy.
