I'd like to try some far too aged beef, just for the experience. Any idea where to buy that kind of thing?
Ive agreed beef in my setup for more than a year.

    You're right. It's an experience.

On a somewhat related note, can you buy mutton here? I should go hang out with a butcher and ask this stuff probably.

We just picked up another 1/2 of a side last month, 2 sides left between 3 different cows right now. Family member has a huge beef operation that we get hooked up from - granted it's not Wagyu or anything like that, but we always get what they feel is their best, and the butcher we use is a real whiz, always get our ground beef/steaks/roasts/etc very professionally packaged and so forth .
I am interested in a beef hook up.....let me know

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

Last snack before the airport to return to cold grey dismal reality lol

Not as good as Morimoto, but was proximal and had a broader menu that appealed to the family ( you know, French fries ).

Might need to book my next trip somewhere warmer before I get on the plane

89Coupe, does your Mrs do a lot of that food prep/cooking/serving, or are you in on it all too? Your pics of food are always great.

Depends on what we are cooking. Mostly it’s her prepping, cooking.

If it’s steak, or chicken, or the more simple dishes, all me.
