Yes, from frozen, sous vide is a lifesaver.

    Home wing night.

Sous vide at 160 for an hour, dried off and AirFried(tm) in the convection oven at 550 until both sides crisp and rendered.

Tossed in a homemade Sweet Buffalo sauce, made of honey butter and Valentina extra hot.

    Tasty.
that sounds like a great prep

Wife and I made pizza. We don’t know how to make pizza lol.

It was good but not aesthetically pleasing. Also anchovies on pizza rule

I don’t know much about baking science but can’t figure out why one side rose with big bubbles and the other side didn’t

Thanks though! Or more like thanks Linas for fresh dough and Italian anchovies

What's a good recipe for meatloaf? For some reason, the ones I've done are still too wet.

Rib eye, chimichurri, Caesar with dressing from scratch, fries. Hands down the family favorite, even for my 3yo.
