    As9de from the fact that it takes me 2.5 hours to get everything done, it's all pretty simple. Made extra today to bring a care package to my mum and have leftovers for the fam tomorrow.

    Broke down a whole chicken seared it off and did a couple hour braise with some nice earthy vegetables in stock. Delicious.

    Smoked chicken breasts.
    Jealous Devil lump charcoal on the Weber Smokey Mountain and finally tried the Blues Hog Original sauce. Holy shit, is it ever good!
