So much irony. Who cares what the president of El Salvador (I had to google to find who he was) has to say about... well, anything really.
I agree, but if any world leaders are talking about it, It's more than Canada typicaly os thought aboit and most likely not helping the Canadian reputation abroad. I don't image he is the only one seeing how our leadership is acting. I'm not going to beat the drum on how hypocritical out leader is. It's more of a reputational thing with long term damage to thr Canadian brand....whatever that is

So. Can this destruction and prevention of international trade have their bank accounts seized?

I'm sure his electricity in Russia will go out eventually.

The next bag of coffee I buy will definitely be from El Salvador. Need to support countries who aren't interested in being totalitarian.

I dislike Trudeau as much as the next guy, but I couldn’t imagine giving a shit about the opinion of a guy who converted his entire country’s monetary system to bitcoin.

I think you’re giving far too much credit to Canada being at all important on the world stage

Canada is not important for what JT wants it to be (climate change and costume parties). But it has been widely mocked on the international scene for this. It is what Canada is now known for. And maybe maple syrup.

A surprising number of people in Canada feel that we are some kind of example for the rest of the world. We literally are like invisible people.

We should be a shining example of "keep your head down, work hard, say nothing". But we went the other route.

If Putin wasn't too busy looking west, he would have gone East during this time and been welcomed at a federal level.
