Yes there have been a few deliveries. Country Hills, South Pointe and Heninger should have their first ones now. I believe Gateway, Sherwood Park and WEM Toyota has theirs too

Are they asking way over MSRP? I saw some people posting it on Instagram, but considering the waitlists at other dealers, I can only assume it hasn't moved because of a huge markup?

Yes they are getting absolutely roasted online from what I saw, asking $15k over msrp I think. They also locked the car while I was walking by to talk to parts first so I took that as a sign to take a quick look and leave. Didn’t spend much more than 30 seconds looking at the exterior.

Yeah that's greasy. I want one of these cars, but if it's a cent over MSRP, I'll walk. I don't want it that badly. The car is already at the extreme top end of what I'd pay.

I must have been one of the first people in Alberta to put down money on one of these in 2021 before these cars were even announced. I wonder if I would have got my car had I waited. No regrets though because I feel it's kind of homely and the interior is disgraceful at $20k let alone $40k+. Still would have been a cool little runabout.

As a courtesy to the individuals that need one of these I can advise that my barber got a call from Country Hills Toyota yesterday as he was next on the list.

The have a black core edition

Comes with winter tires, ceramic coating, 3M, roof rails. I understand it does not have a sunroof or leather. My barber passed because 75k for a corolla is _______ (fill in the blank as you see fit)
