Congrats. Beautiful car. Crazy how they are smaller than the GR86. I think these cars are going to end up collectors in 10 years as there's not a lot out there that can touch the performance for the dollar or has this kind of look. Is it the manual versions that are so hard to find or Supra's in general?

Looks good man. What mods are you thinking about?
For now just keeping it legal to what SCCA Street Class allows, an ARB, End-links, Camber Correction Knuckles, Tires, Wheels, etc. After this season I may go a bit more aggressive on the suspension side of things.

Yah it really is a tiny car, having it in the same spot in the garage as my Camaro SS 1LE was in, really puts that into perspective. The AT's are quite a bit easier to get, there's currently 3 sitting in showrooms in Alberta alone.

How does it compare to the 1LE so far?

@94boosted How small is it really? Would it be comfortable for someone that's 6.1 around 220 lbs? And what do you think of it so far compared to the SS?

Still in the engine break-in phase so I haven't really pushed it, but it does feel like a lighter, more nimble car (thanks to the wheelbase). At our altitude it should have more get up n' go than the 1LE, it's "rated" at 380hp/370tq but everyone that dyno's these cars is getting that at the wheels, and weighing in at 3300lbs it's a stout little package. I'll be the first one to admit that nobody seems to be able to hold a candle to GM's magnetomagical shocks, I will truly miss those. I'll report back once it's on proper tires with a track alignment and I've had a chance to do a track day or an autocross event.

Getting in and out will be a wee bit tight but once you're in, you'll be just fine.

haha yes it was. I dropped it off at Shadow Tint this morning for some extra PPF on the rocker panels and the rear fenders, damn gravel in this city.

The SASC frame gave it away also as a black vehicle owner I wish you good luck at keeping it shiny.

It's fine when you are in the car. Getting in or out requires a big of grace as you need to duck a bit to clear the low roofline.

Looks great! The manual transmission has really made the Supra a lot more interesting.

Congrats 94Boosted, that's a great score, finding a manual one. Great car that IMO will one day be looked back on as the car of this generation that was the most underrated/ignored/etc. Looking forward to more intel and pics from you as you break it in.
