Personally I just seriously do not give a fuck if someone identifies as the opposite sex and wants to live that way and commit as far as chopping up their body to do it. No problem at all. You want me to call you a girl or a dude after you transition? No problem... I am all cool with it, but to pretend that it does not have real world ramifications to others (such as in sport or medical related things or other people comfort levels etc) is dumb as fuck. People can live how they want to live so long as they are not fucking with others, but just because that is how you choose to live does not mean you can dictate how someone else has to live around it.
