BaT also completes/forces a sale if the high bid is within 5% of the reserve. What they do is cut the seller a check from the 5% buyers fee to make up the difference of reserve price as far as I know.

It’s pretty interesting really. STOs are tanking pretty hard. So may be a good time to buy one of those if that tickles your fancy.
I kind of want to BaT one of my cars just for the rush haha

@Mlappy14 ahh you’re referring to the car’s retail MSRP – unfortunately these cars have been going for over MSRP for over a year now. I wasn’t referring to that retail, I was referring to today’s market retail.
I wish I got the car at 273k but I’m in it for 375k (including tax so 343k purchase price)
That was the retail of 2022..
Hope that clears things up bud.
Again, thank you for your bids and happy holidays

I saw one in Van a couple of weeks ago....dark blue color. Looked really bad. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Haha, yeah I can’t believe how delusional people are. Pays $70k over MSRP for a regular evo Spyder, somehow burns another $30k after it gets wrecked up and surprised he can only get MSRP. Lmao…This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Yeah that’s fair @Buster - they aren’t for everyone. Not my flavour either but I do think they are cool.
Been looking at a new Corolla Hybrid. Only entertaining the XSE model. Every one I have found so far is above MSRP. Fucking blows!
Looking around
Wondering what became
Of what I once knew
When I walk into a Toyota dealer it feels like dealing with the mafia. Other brands feel more desperate, but that's just my random observation. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I'm starting to notice a lot of inventory build up on a lot of dealers lots, but not a ton of movement in price just yet. I think things might get better on the consumer side as more 2024 inventory starts arriving?
This is in line with what I've been saying all along. EVs are going to make all cars commodities, and the idea that you will have a "high end" EV is silly.
Can now go to dealer and get a new TRX under MSRP. It’s happened guys, the market has officially crashed
Really? My Ford guy just told me yesterday that if I wanted to place an order for either the Raptor R or Bronco Raptor, I'd need to pay $25K over MSRP. That is with special order. Fucking annoying. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
The regular Raptor F150's though, I know are going for MSRP or little below.
911 prices still high

Don’t know much about the R but yeah TRX from most dealers you can get like $5-10k off from what I’ve heard which isn’t huge but still a lot considering where they were over the last couple years. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
yeah. this is all that matters. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Fuck, should have kept my 911 and likely had it for 2 yrs and still sold it for the same/more than what I paid for it.
Which 911 did you have? This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
992 911 4S, I checked it's around where I got it for so that one wouldn't have really mattered as much except maybe driven it for free all this time which is still nice. Whatever, what's done is done. Haha.

Do it, that looks like a manageable project. Though I imagine all the parts from Porsche will make you broke
