[snip]He does quite a bit of hunting and uses it for city driving as well so it fits his needs cruising through fields and all that
Both of which would arguably be done better by a typical half ton, with greater comfort and capability in each of those areas, no?

I think people that buy these things want them because they want to be special and different.

He had an F150, says the Gladiator is way better around the fields. I would agree.. he didn't go from a raptor to a gladiator. You'd think a Jeep should have better off road chops for things like this.

Well fuck me sideways. I fail at Facebook (which is honestly winning, really...) And that's not the trip meter, it's the odometer I suppose.
I was too mesmerized by the incredible and valuable information that this critical photo gives:

Man I like jacked up, massive tires Gladiators. Would have likely had one by now already if my wife didn't think they were butt fucking ugly.

That's funny because the only guy I know with a Gladiator also has a white Power Wagon. He's not even a White Supremacist. So confuse.

They are both excellent and superb, so no surprise a man of taste would get both.

Is this a sign of turning? The lowest I've seen an interest rate go in years.

It doesn't help that a CR-V is now 50k but maybe?

My parents are looking at picking up a 2023 F150 that was spec'd around $80k for around $65k with discounts. So at the very least the heavy discounts on year old vehicles has returned. Feels like the first step

My parents are looking for a Rav4 hybrid (not prime) and hoping they come down but seems like they're still in short supply compared to other cars.

Hybrid are still tough to come by. Non-hybrid are piling up.

i talked to Ryan at the red deer toyota and he said it was a lot less nuts than before, and just need to get your name on an allocation vs being on a 1 year waitlist (for the prime.. i assume better for non prime)

    …AND 0%? Please link.

This has been discussed many many times here.
"The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents... some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new Dark Age."

2.99% on a 2 year lease only.... $856/month on the Touring Hybrid or $776/month if you go with CRV Sport haha. But we're getting there.

Far cry from the $380/month TLX lease deal.

And yea, the Touring Hybrid is $55k, holy fuck haha.
