Edmonton just had a start up as well. Same concept

https://rotayeg.ca/ no mention of pricing on website though. Have to be a "member"
Yea I was sent an ‘invite’ to this few months back when it was first starting out. I know the cost and have it somewhere but it just didn’t make sense. Interesting that Calgary has a similar thing as well. It’s a cool idea in some ways I guess but just not sure if the business is sustainable in AB.

I’d much rather do just regular exotic/limo rental that I have also seen crop up in Edmonton and Calgary and I think those still have better potential than something like this but what the fuck do I know.

Saw this place on MaCleod Tr and ~40th Ave. Looks like they do exotic rentals as well.

Think they'll let me rent that Lamborghini during a snow storm in January? Tough to keep a business like this afloat when you have maybe 5 good months of driving.... I will go check out the meet tonight though.

This smells like House of Cars... no comment on whether or not that's a pleasant odor...

Rota is now including luxury homes and boats into their Members access from their latest IG post. Interesting. Pay a fee, become a member and you can live like the rich do for a weekend.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

Dropped by for a bit. Different vibe but respect the efforts very much.

It looks like a used car lot.

It's not a bad idea, but I don't think it knows what its target market is. There are way too many SUVs for the amount of exotics, but they're charging exotic prices. $40,000 for a total of 7 days out of 365 with a Ferrari California, Bentley Continental, Lamborghini Gallardo or Audi R8. Year round access to a 2010 E63. The ZL1 and Hellcat are automatics. Who cares.

Remember "Portfolio" by OpenRoad in BC? So that failed in Van, backed by one of the biggest auto group in Canada. This will fail....
Oh that's all about the Richmond drivers. every car out here has multiple bumper dings, definitely mirror damage, and has been side swiped at leàst once. All while parked in Richmond.

The stacks of Evo carshare sitting at the body shops attest to this fact. One of the big ones has a solid full block parking lot just to hold the write-offs for a week or so until they get dragged off to auction.

Can you imagine paying for the mirror and bumper dings on a supercar on every rental?
