Main reason I would consider is the longer you wait, the more the chance of injury increases, especially in the case of a guy like Tanev.

Had a work person say "they could play 600 hockey from here on out and make the playoffs." Horrifically wrong. They need to play 0.680 hockey to get to 0.570 at seasons end, which will still likely be last playoff spot.
And yep, still need to leapfrog 5 teams.

Yeah, they have won 4 in a row this month, and 3 in a row a few times. That seems to be about thier limit. They are equally good at going 0.000 is 3 or 4 games it appears.
