LF: Somone with a garage Lathe for Custom part

Long story short i broke my espresso machine heat exchanger.

Being old and Italian parts are hard to find. Is there any back yard/ garage Lathe guys that could help me out? I would $200 would be a good budget for this project.
Its about 12" x 0.5" with internal and external threads.
Located in the south would be a bonus.

I can't help, but has anyone seen that kids show called Making Fun with the guy they call "Canadian Pat"? That guy is a fucking wizard with a lathe (in wood working).

I hope you find someone. I love things that are Italian pertaining to coffee/food, wine, clothing and vehicles.
