That is good, however doesn't help in the winter.
Motion activated Enmax flame thrower like when the Flames score then? Maybe Enmax will even sponsor it.

Every pile you find, put on the sidewalk in a stack. Smoosh it down a little so no one can kick it. Maybe for extra fun, put up a "Lost and Found" sign in front of the pile too.

Or, maybe collect a WHOLE LOT of it, then spread it ALL over the sidewalk, so people will have to walk around it.

Thus increasing the chance that the people and dogs will be on the grass? I think you lost the thread somewhere along the way.

If you were walking down the street and saw a mine field of shit on the sidewalk, wouldn't you cross the street? It will get peoples attention to highlight WTF they're doing as well.

No, I'd just walk around the shit.

The people that leave their dog shit everywhere know exactly what they're doing, they just don't care. Pretty sure when they have to stop their walk and watch their dog crunch one out, it's already very much got their attention.

    Dog people.

    Poison the fucking things.

Or maybe just the dogs, but only enough to make them shit all over their house.

Predator urine on the edge of the sidewalk bordering your grass. Not on the grass.
You can purchase concentrated wolf piss and coyote piss. Don't ask me how they acquire that piss.
I used this to keep Raccoons away and found out nothing scares a raccoon.

Predator piss works. I've ordered from PenIsMighty's income supplement gig before. Again, don't ask. He won't tell you his proprietary industry secret.

Jokes aside the piss works to keep coyotes away on acreages.

Same issue here. We live on a very busy dog walk street. Legit 40 dogs walk by each day min.

Not a fan of the front yard fences personally and don't want the solution to cause my house/cars to get vandalized in some way
The motion sprinkler wouldn't work for us as it would get the non dog walk people. An idea we had but not implemented is a pole with dog bags hanging from it and a sign saying smile your on camera.

I put in a hedge along the sidewalk. Will be a few years before it’s useful though

Same exact issue for sure. I've tried signs and have literally caught people letting their dog piss on my lawn right in front of the sign. Haven't seen them since though lol

Ya I think this might be the answer for us too, since it will match the other side as is.

Try something like these... Similar to a bark box idea, but motion activated. Most dogs really hate them!

Yeeesh! Let's explore several more options before we even put that on the table.
