in my case I got lucked out because Walmart did a pre-announcement on when and what time they were going to do the release so I was prepared. Also I wanted a bundle which Sclapers are not interested in and I was able to secure one.

I'd buy a bundle, good to know they are easier to get.

Ya, I'm now a "priority request" with Walmart. I'm sure Walmart tells that to everyone complaining. Loomis is saying they don't have it and only the label is printed. Who knows.

Walmart "assures" me that I will receive it before Christmas, possibly even this week. What I can tell is that once it's scanned in Ebtobicoke, ON it takes about 4 days. So it better get scanned before Friday or else it probably won't make it for Christmas.

it only posts links from companies they earn a referral fee from so you'll see limited options there. In most cases one or two companies. The website is only good for the chat which you'll see people discussing links for other sites that may be live.

The Twitter link to lbabinz are people's best bets for notification. Only issue is by the time you see some of his links the sale would have been live for sometime already. For example best buy had 6000 ps5s for sale today. They sold out in 10 min or so. Lbabinz link was posted 5 min after the sale went live.

Still gives you a chance at things as long as its not selling out instantly.

Weird update this morning, jumped straight to out for delivery this morning, with zero updates in between. Guess Loomis knew where a bunch of them were going and just shipped without scanning any packages? Or my "priority" request with Walmart did something and they swapped it? Who knows?

Update:
Just showed up at my door without ringing the doorbell, guy was in a hurry. Examined the box with a sticker Canpar Toronto 12:47pm Dec 16. I think they may have flew this over instead of trucking.

One nice thing about ps5, they’re not capping single connection download speeds. PS4 was pretty limited, and even Xbox series x seems to have a per connection cap at 500mbps. Ps5 games downloading at 900mbps was pretty fucking awesome.
