Is there any site that keeps a database of base models/options through different model years for Canada?

I had a bit of success with Autos.ca which helped me decipher the insane Lexus option packages with their moronic names. Pricing? No. But it still was very helpful for me when buying from someone who was "bro, it's fully of the fullyest loaded, bro!" And learning they have Premium < Premium 2 < Ultra Premium < Ultra Premium 2This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Plus there's some dumb "Touring" option which by default indicates "Premium 2" without actually saying it... Etc.
A small help, but not exactly what it sounds like you're after.
just look up that year's brochure.

How does one do this?
In Google: [Year] [Make] [Model] Brochure Canada
Reviews from Edmunds etc sometimes lay out pricing for option packages, although those are USA, so packages and pricing is different in Canada.
Archives of Canadian reviews are harder to find.

I know this doesn't help much but when I bought '12 135i recently I asked on a Facebook group and someone gave me a link to punch in the VIN # and it gave me all the features of my particular car.
Try any of the brand and model specific online forums, they should also have them listed somewhere there.
type the year make model followed by carcostcanada on google typically yields results for option pkgs for the particular year.
