Weird. Seems like a math error. Would've thought they'd be a little better at math.
After 2 weeks offline there is too much to respond to now. But I can't believe how many guys are still fuzzy on the details of this. So much worry about being in public, and thinking this total lock down is the only option. And really worried about the effects of getting this virus. It's like you're forgetting that you will most likely get this at some point anyway(if you haven't had it already and not known about it), the lockdown isn't to prevent that. Or you're worried about being able to die while hooked up to a ventilator if you're hospitalized when you do inevitably catch this.
Most rich people had to fight the same "unfair" system you and I have to deal with to get rich in the first place. So it's still technically fair. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

LOL. Wow. Just Wow. If you're planning to SMOKE weed, it's pretty simple to figure out where it fits in as far as SMOKING not being recommended.
Misterman was on a break from the forum to produce, write, direct and star in this video:

China has revised its toll count.

Yeah… Still absolutely nowhere near NY type numbers.
Cocoa $8,000 per tonne.
I think we all know the death totals will be revised at least 2x higher. It's not reasonable to think these new numbers are anything close to correct.

See this is why I could never be an elected official. Even if I managed to keep my mouth shut long enough to get through the election if I found myself in that position, asked a simple and direct questions and got THAT response...I'd walk across the floor and smackabitch. The whole fucking thing makes a mockery of government at all levels. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

In case anyone doesn’t know how intelligence sharing works, she is not allowed to answer the first question without violating her security clearance. She is trying to hint at that. It’s not an option for her to declassify information on the spot.
As they say on family feud: Good Answer! Good Answer!

Right. So perhaps a viable option for her would be saying something directly to that effect, instead of "hinting" at it, no?This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Like a simple "I can't answer that without violating my security clearance". (If what you say is actually true)

Admitting that you have seen something is not a violation of security, or a divulgence of the info she has seen. Plain and simple, Liberals do not answer these sort of questions directly because as soon as she says yes, she opens herself to scrutiny about the information she has seen. If you never answer the question, then nobody can question your actions in regards to what you knew. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

lol what? and where do you think poor people are going to get the money to buy the stocks in the first place. Doing research, opening an account and downloading a trading app is not the hard part. It's coming up with the money to buy them low. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Another thing that compounds it is that middle class/rich people have access to low interest loans which they can use to buy stocks even if they don't have the cash savings. Poor people do not have this same access to loans.
The old saying "you gotta have money to make money" 100% applies here.
I think this is covered 200 pages ago. 70-80% of us will eventually get this. The lock down is never about you not catching it. Just delay the inevitable. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
And that's what the lock down is about. Is make sure to slow the spread so that there will be a ventilator for you when you need it.Or you're worried about being able to die while hooked up to a ventilator if you're hospitalized when you do inevitably catch this.
Sounds like AHS is preparing for next 2-3 weeks to be the peak hospitalization.. South Campus is going to be a pure COVID hospital. They just close down the maternity ward.

It is a huge advantage being able to borrow 1 million dollars, put in on red or black on the roulette wheel and see where fate hits.
Arguably, the system is setup for gamblers. If you lose the million dollars simply declare bankruptcy the next day and try again in seven years. The key point is: Only certain people get to borrow the 1 million in the first place. If you can only borrow $100 and put in on the wheel, then you will perpetually never have enough to get ahead - especially considering inflation where $117,000 US is low income in SanFran, and you have to pay $5,000 a month just have a roof over your head.
In many ways, the way to get to borrow $1 million or more from a bank is a "confidence game". Yes its a literal con game.
In USA it is solidly a con game, in China it is being a part of elite - which is actually much more like what the old style British system used to be. Gamble your castle, for another castle - if you lose you castle use it as leverage to borrow another castle and try again. ZenOps don't play that game, I would rather own all the nickels.
USA put all their chips on growth, and none on safety nets and healthcare. It works well when life is good, and horribly when things go wrong. Money means nothing if you aren't alive to use it.
