is that a chopped mini van????
HAHAHA That mini van is pretty neat I guess.
LOL@that lunatic with his lumber poking out the window 6ft.
Love the Firebird jousting photo, the mini van seems like a good idea. Expands as a family comes on board, contracts when solo.
I worked at a lumber yard in HS, I have seen garage packages carried home that way.
that's how dad did it in the good old days. Not everyone have a pickup, SUV (for the wife), sports car, winter beater, daily driver, like nowadays.Originally posted by HondaKid

That's actually a really well done minivan, from all appearances.
Here's another unusual minivan mod I spotted in parc expose when I was volunteering at Targa Newfoundland last year.
It is called the "Car Camel" according to its license plate, and is the transport and competitor support vehicle for one of the legacy Minis that participated.
I saw someone the other week leaving Home Depot in Country Hills driving a Jetta, the driver and passenger HOLDING a sheet of plywood to the roof with one hand each through open windows.

That super short wheelbase Plymouth Voyager Minivan is from the Lethbridge area - I talked to the owner - her husband chopped out the sliding door section a number of years ago. Its very well done.
my pics of it
a few more oddities from around here
Honda Civic Tow Truck
Spotted this great customized Volkswagen van apparently called Fred. I got a tidbit of info on it - owned by a guy called Fred and built from a 1979 van that rolled over.
1974 Chevrolet El Camino Custom 4x4
the guy that owns that monster truck car thingy. lives next door to me haha. it is freakin loud
You need a big trailer for that Gerry can. Don't want the fumes stinking up your ride.Originally posted by Jay911

LOL @ the civic-tow truck. That thing rocks.
I've seen this thing in person around here. It's so wierd and unnatural, you automatically assume your eyes are playing tricks on you.
