Biggest difference between the 2 cars is that the Bentley will sell, the Hyundai will not unfortunately. For $70 000 USD you can get an LS460 which is basically the much nicer car that Hyundai copied.
Looking for a new VW? How about a used vehicle? We are Central Albertas #1 source for pre-owned vehicles
I will beat any deal on a new VW for beyonders

We'll see. I think it will do alright. It will be getting a new engine too.
I don't think it will sell (the Hyundai) I would not shell out big bucks to buy a Hyundai...Think about it, you get a raise or have a good year and get to tell your friends you bought yourself a new Hyundai, the nameplate is not at the high end level, and may never be, just look at the failed Volkswagen Phaeton, a good car with a nameplate that usually makes people think of a economy car. Hyundai is making great progress in the mainstream markets, but i don't think they will ever be a sucessfull luxury brand.
They might look into a luxury brand in the future? I could see that happening.Originally posted by corsvette

Great effort from Korea but might have been a better idea for Hyundai to release these under a new luxury brand.
Umm, didn't VW try this with the Phaeton. Incredible car, but at the end, it was a VW and failed to capture the attention of high end buyers.
2016 Tesla Model X
2018 Lincoln Navigator
2016 Porsche GT3 RS
I'm surprised Hyundai hasn't introduced a premium brand yet.
Copied? Tough call. Equus' been around since late 90's in Korea and its 2nd generation model just introduced in NA market. I had a chance to get on one of my friend's 1st gen Equus Limo model 3 years ago and the 2nd gen model last April in Korea. it was quite a surprise for me. 1st gen model performance wasn't quite there but the comfortness and interiors were comparable to MB S class. I don't think Hyundai would make great success with Equus in near future but Hyundai may try to follow the path what Lexus did last 20 years in NA market. I would like to avoid making any judgement on Equus but I would like to share the experience before building stereotype of the vehicle.Originally posted by Redlyne_mr2

The Town Car is kept alive only because of livery sales, it's not even on the radar of 99.9% of luxury car buyers under 70. The chassis design dates back over 30yrs, it's a dinosaur no doubt, but a very reliable car, limo and sedan companys get 700,000kms plus on these cars easy. Totaly different market than the Hyundai
That was probably the single worst review of two cars I have ever seen in my entire life those two make me want to pull my hair out.
And like has been said, Hyundai cannot sell this car under the Hyundai nameplate because shelling out $70k US for a Hyundai will not happen.
