If you want a cast iron Lodge, try Walmart (the us stores have that) or Sportsmans Warehouse (or whatever that place is called in drft meadows)

Starfrit makes a square one that I picked up at Walmart for $25 I think it was.

I have a square one similar to the one shown made by calphalon. I think I got it at Home Outfitters.
I have always wanted to get one of the circular cast iron ones from Le Creuset.
