Not a fan of the looks or the dash, but I read on Motor Trend this was the first part of Cadillac's efforts to improve the brand image. Their sales have been declining despite all the new models (ATS, CTS, etc.) The current Cadillac boss said he thinks it will take 10-15 years before the brand can regain it's prestige in light of the current German competition.

My grandpa will probably buy it.
Not sold on the looks but if they truly do keep this thing to 3700lbs that would be incredible.

It's going to be a long road back up for Cadillac. They're new cars are great, I've read fantastic reviews on all of them and sure the CT6 will be no different.
However, Cadillac lacks one serious sales booster...SUV's and CUV's. The SRX is Cadillacs oldest design, yet still the divisions best seller by a wide margin. Cadillac need's a new SRX with two wheelbases, a small CUV, and a mid size to slot between the SRX and Escalade. Then sales will increase.
If Caddy in the show is any indication, they indeed have a long way to go.Originally posted by Mitsu3000gt

Fit and finish is still poor for a luxury brand. Dash layout in the ATS looks like it's from an 1990s Oldsmobile.
Personally, I still like knobs and switches that clicks. Touch screen and capacitive buttons annoys me.
The only thing that impress me is that weight and size of the CT6. And lately, must be my age, I'm quite fond of grandpa mobiles like CUVs and big boats.
