No, energy service company with midstream operations. Can't say I'm surprised they are letting go of drilling services and project folks with projects being shelved. A guy on the CP forums were saying that not only were cenovus expecting layoffs in october but also re-evaluated compensation (sounds like pay cuts to me) and then more layoffs early next year if no signs of recovery.
