That's a FWD Corolla so who cares
That’s most definitely a 86 coupe, which is RWD.

Was gonna say that ain’t no 86.
Wtf is it then? Cause it’s too square (dash, lights, etc) to be an ae92?

    It’s an AE85/86 coupe. I believe because it’s a North American GT-S it’s technically an AE86 coupe.

You sure? That looks like an '86/87 AE86 coupe to me. Pretty rare to see an unmolested one.

I think the lack of rust is causing a lot of confusion.

Def a AE86 GTS coupe. But I want to think all the North American GT-S were liftbacks? Did someone just swap tail lights onto and SR-5 and put some GT-S Stickers?

So rare to see an unmolested/clapped out/rusted one

...annnnd I don't know that much about these old corollas as much as I thought.

I do love 'em though. My neighbour has a gorgeous black one that really stands out on the road.

    I thought it was this:

    https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1989-toyota-corolla/

AE92 GT-S. FWD. It was a confusing car because it sure the hell looked a lot like the AE86, but with a trunk, and FWD. Back in the day when I worked at Sukiyaki House, one of the waitress had one of these, in the exact same color, and I had to move it at 6pm to get free parking for her every single shift. I was sorely disappointed with it was fucking FWD haha. The GT-S twin cam 16 decal is seared into my memory.

    It’s clearly an AE93.

    Get your eyes checked people.

Came here to post a wiki link to AE92 but your link is better. Don't ever Wiki Toyota Corolla...

AE92 had the fuel fill on the left side, that’s definitely a AE86.

    Nope haha.

Hopefully benyl posts a better picture that's not all stretched weird.

    Edit - fixed the perspective. It’s an 86. Damn you @benyl .

Now can we start guessing what the other red car in the back ground is?

I'm gonna go with '68 Camaro

Definitely 67-69 Camaro but modified enough it's hard to tell which year specifically from those photos. 68 is probably a good guess, Chevy guys may be able to pinpoint it.

‘67, it has a vent window

Edit: also no side markers. Camaro nerd for obvious reasons, my ‘68 has them shaved though and I run ‘67 tails cause they’re nicer.
