Deciding who gets what bedroom (joint ownership)

Beyond, I call on your help...

I just recently bought a new condo with a good friend (non-common law). It's a 2 bedroom condo, and we are 50/50 on the place.

Both bedrooms are pretty pimp to be honest (one is a master with a jack and jill bathroom to hallway with easy access to other bedroom too) (bedroom 2 has the staircase to rooftop patio in it). So neither of us would be disappointed with either but we can't decide...

Kenny vs. Spenny comes to mind, and we're looking for ways to battle it out to see who gets what... or who gets to decide haha

Any ideas on solving this debate?

honestly it's easy. if you both want the same room and it is more desirable, just pay a bit more of the mortgage per month.

I lived with 5 dudes and that's what I did to get the master.

Man, if that was proposed to me, I would just pass and take the lesser of the 2 rooms just for the sake of not having to move all my shit every few months. Maybe once a year, but move all my shit from one bedroom to another every 3 months, fuck that.

If you have time, do a fitness challenge of some sort.

Take your baseline weight/body fat and whoever lost the most pounds/body fat percentage after a month or two gets first pick?

My buddy and his roommate did that, except every 6 months. Piece of advice though, make sure you have bigger room first because the moving of rooms never happened.

Say to your roomie - I'll pay $5 a month more than you on the mortgage. Do you care to bid $10? Go back and forth until the "winner" of the room is decided.

Since you'll be splitting utilities, this might end up roughly amounting to one side of a certain utility bill, so that person would simply be responsible for the entire bill during ownership.
