Soleiman Hajj Soleiman, 40, was acquitted on six counts of sexual assault and six counts of sexual contact with a child.

He was alleged to have inappropriately touched girls between 13 and 15 years old in the water park's wave pool on Feb. 4, 2017.

In Alberta's provincial court Friday, he was found not-guilty.

Interesting results even though cops were called at the time of the incident and arrested the perv. People can look much different half naked swimming with googles and little/thin hair could look bald and swimming shorts can change colors as well. My close friend was defence on this. There were lots of inconsistencies and I commend the judge for a fair verdict under the circumstances. I am sure people aren't happy this happened, but you can't go around convicting people of something that they might not have done. I am happy to see that in this day and age of the 'metoo' movement, there are judges that have the balls to do the right thing.

I find it ridiculous that 6 girls were assaulted and they somehow thank they can't nail down who it was because there was a potential for a mystery assailant based on inconsistencies in minor descriptions.

Given the syrian rape gang and terrorists coming to alberta hisyetia at the time i bet the gang of girls just made up the accusations or were really groped had no idea who did it but singled out the brown regugees looking guy and this is why the major inconsistencies popped up.

I don’t know man, if you read it again they couldn’t decide if he had hair or not, couldn’t describe his outfit, witnesses couldn’t ID him

If they convicted him with those kind of holes in the prosecution’s story (even after the witnessess apparently met before the trial to compare notes) that would be a huge miscarriage of justice.

I’m highly suspect now that information is coming forward.
