Haha, it’s a nice truck, I just wanna be able to listen to music and turn my heated seat off when my ass gets too hot.
Service appointment tomorrow so hopefully it’s just another software update.
Heated seats in the touch screen. Not even once.

The TLX cheap lease had them in the touch screen - Dumbest thing ever.
I'm glad you bought a Dodge though, I've been able to expand my Killramos quote section.

I'm pretty sure Shak is the beyond Stellantis expert?
I just had a rental Durango and it melts your ass and scalds your hands simultaneously and automatically if it decides it's cold out. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
So simple to turn off, 5 menus deep.
Oh and I got pulled over in Vancouver "because new Durango is common gang vehicle".
It felt like it had what I assume a CVT feels like, too.
And the Durango is one of the better Stellantis vehicles too. Perfect encapsulation. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Ya but I want auto on heated seat and steering wheel. I just want the option to turn them off without shutting the truck off at a red light
That was the other thing. I got stuck in some Abbotsford traffic that gave me AIDS because the thing turned itself off 378 times and being unfamiliar with it (rental) I didn't know how to turn that horrific feature off. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I think I lost 70 minutes in Abbotsford. Fuck all the ducks!
Can someone tell me again why leasing is good? I know it was explained to me once, but I didn't understand I guess.

You put the risk on depreciation on the leasing company instead of taking it yourself. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
You pay for this reduction in risk.

I am no expert and may be smoking weed when I say this but when I lease my vehicles I tried to keep the car purchase price in the $50-60k range. It seems to be the sweet spot, due to the depreciation and somewhat fixed buyout, anything more it front loads most the of the cost hence would carry a significant monthly payment. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Anyways, on the other note, if you are self-employed, I recall lease payment is better for tax business write offs
_________
2019 IS350 AWD
20xx NX350 AWD
Tax write-offs are fine, but losing 15k or 25k or whatever this was, cannot be offest by any amount of tax shit.
Bad investments are bad ideas no matter what your tax status is.
