    Exactly.

It’s not a pretty title with a great reputation.

Huge money can be made if you have the right connections.
    All about them connections

I don't think there's a single reputable beyonder who would switch careers to become a realtor. The barrier to entry may be not much money, but let's face it, it actually is a decent amount of effort to turn it into a career, and most people don't make that much money.

Its fun to shit on realtors, but let's be serious here.

You guys are the ones that are always bad mouthing realtors.

Most reputable brokerage license fees are $15k/year

Easy, now. You can start drinking in about an hour and get those nerves settled back down.

You are correct. There is not even a single reputable beyonder.

We make fun of 89coupe because he treats it seriously. It's a vicious, fun feedback loop.

That’s not bad… like don’t get me wrong it’s shattered as it.

But snagging it for 160, and fixing it up with sweat equity.

What would this rent for? $1600??

Edit: just saw $350 condo fees. About $150 too much.

It's fucking ugly but 4,000 sq.ft is impressive. Unless that's realtor math and included the driveway

If you guys think that Realtors are bad at skimming off the economy...I got news for you. They aren't even in the big leagues of the Leecher Class.

It's petty theft compared to some of the eye watering shit you guys won't see or ever know about.
