Yep it works fine. I'm using the older version of Apple TV with the optical jack still on it (no idea which gen). This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Ok @ercchry , you've convince me to keep my wahoo kickr and spend the $$$ on a hybrid bike and a steering setup. Any recommendations on a hybrid bike that would fit the bill? This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Okay, maybe these two are candidates?

Does your core come with a 10sp cassette? This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Dropper seat on the second one seems very unnecessary haha
But yeah, whatever does it for ya. I’m assuming the core is height adjustable for different wheel heights?
Yeah. On my last bike, my o ld mountain bike, which I sold for a crazy number during covid, Iactually bought a cassette to match the drivetrain. I'd expect to have to do that here as well. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
If this is a dedicated trainer bike you can just pop the one off the wheel set that comes with it, the spare parts that came with the wahoo probably even has a spacer if you need itThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Yeah I'll probably be using it for dial purpose so a cassette is a minute expenseThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Ah, then I like the second one. That looks like it would be pretty fun in and around fish creekThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I have a Sirrus, mounts right to my kickr, just needed the correct axle/spacers.
But I’m fairly positive that axle came with it, and I bought a different one for my MTB.
Have a Sirrus as well. Great bike

how do you like the Sirrus out in the wild, once its off the kickr. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
It’s a great bike, haven’t had any issues. Rips compared to my MTB obviously.
I'm also looking at the Spec Diverge...which I think is more of a gravel bike with an emphasis on off-roading. One option on the diverge is it has drop bars...I haven't ridden drop bars in 20 years. Are they a good idea for this type of bike? You can also get flat bars with it.
Drop are popular on gravel/cx bikes for sure, obviously will put you into a more aggressive body position, I guess you have to decide if your back and neck enjoy that over the more upright position of flat bars. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I would think flats are the natural choice if your preferred bike is mtb vs road
that's why i went sirrus, super comfortable ride to me. I'm tall and not overly flexible so i didn't want to be hunched over. kinda dorky, but mine actually has horns, just small ones but i find them nice to switch up my hand positions, my wrists are somewhat beat up from activates when i was younger.
I got a Diverge E5 Sport which I like and similar to yourself had no interest in drop bar bikes. I'm mainly a mtb'er but I find myself using it more than I figured I would. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
