21 years in O&G worked at two juniors and made out like a bandit with options.
Finished at a medium production company and cashed out big before the crash.

And they always will be, people seem to forget they're in the formative part of decision making and behavior patterns in life. Most of this will change as they learn and develop. And of course some never will grow up and do better, I think those one's generally become hockey dad's or home based "estheticians".
