Yeah, I don't think it was misleading. I understood that they were talking about WHEN the aircraft are back in service. I suspect all airlines will have that same situation, as you can't have people cancelling last minute without fees, or it destroys the business model. Just interesting RyanAir felt the need to get this policy out in the public so early.
